What is a virtual clinic and how does telehealth work?

A virtual clinic uses telehealth technology to connect patients with registered Australian doctors through secure video or phone consultations. Instead of attending a physical clinic, patients receive medical advice, prescriptions, referrals, and medical certificates online when clinically appropriate.

Are your doctors registered in Australia?

Yes. All doctors are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and practice under Australian clinical guidelines.

Can I get an electronic prescription online?

Yes. After clinical assessment, doctors can issue electronic prescriptions sent to your mobile phone. These can be filled at most pharmacies in Perth and across Western Australia.

Do you provide medical certificates?

Yes. Medical certificates for work, school, university, and carers leave can be issued following consultation where clinically appropriate and delivered digitally.

Can I get a referral to a specialist or for tests?

Yes. Doctors can provide referrals for pathology tests, imaging services, specialist appointments, and allied health providers within Australia.

Is telehealth suitable for weight loss management?

Yes. Doctors can assess eligibility for medical weight loss management, provide treatment plans, prescribe medication when appropriate, and arrange follow-up consultations.
